Pamela Marrone is the founder and CEO of Marrone Organic Innovations. She is the founder and former CEO of AgraQuest. Both companies are natural pest management companies.

From 1983 to 1989, Ms. Marrone led the insect biology group at Monsanto, developing novel solutions for controlling insects. In 1990, she left to become founding president of Entotech, Inc., a biopesticide subsidiary of Nordisk. Then, after a buyout in 1995, Ms. Marrone founded AgraQuest, a natural pest management products company. She served as its CEO, chairman, and president until April 2006.

Today, at Marrone Organic Innovations, she leads a company whose goal is to make natural, effective, safe, and environmentally friendly pest management products.

Ms. Marrone serves on the Board of the Association of Applied IPM Ecologists, the Biopesticide Industry Alliance, and the Organic Farming Research Foundation. Since 1999, she has served on the Board of Sutter Health's Sacramento-Sierra Region.
